When most fans of the reality couple learned of their split, they were shocked and supposed. Some were in such disbelief, that they thought the split may be some sort of publicity stunt.

Well Media take Out can confirm that their split is very real … and very BITTER.

How bitter? Well according to our inside snitches, Kroy is looking to TAKE KIDS KIDS AWAY FROM HER!!

The former NFL player, 37, filed for sole legal and physical custody of his and the Real Housewives of Atlanta alum’s four children, Kroy Jr., 11, Kash, 10, and 9-year-old twins Kane and Kaia, according to legal documents filed to Fulton County Superior Court on May 5 and obtained by Media Take Out

Per the docs, Kim—who is also mom to Brielle, 25, and Ariana, 21 from previous relationships—has been served a summons requiring her and Kroy to complete a domestic intake worksheet that monitors the treatment of their kids over the next 30 days.

And according to a person close to Kroy, the former house-husband is very serious. The insider told Media take Out exclusively, “Kroy wants full custody of [their 4 kids].”

Under Georgia law, it is almost impossible for a father to wrestle full custody of the children, unless they can prove in court that the mother is somehow mistreating the children.

We told this to Kroy’s insider, and he told us, “Just wait and see how this plays out in court.”

Kim is preparing for a war also. Last week, she petitioned the court to drug test Kroy. Kim alleged in legal documents that Kroy frequently smokes weed, and she claims that his marijana use should be considered harmful to their children.
